团体负责人需在网络注册之后，将以下档案电邮至：mbes@mbahq.my
- a.考试费汇款记录
- b.考生资料表(excel档)
- c.考试团体资料表(团体必须要提供电邮，以便佛学考试委员会能够发出电邮，确认团体报名。)
所有档案可从www.mbes.mbahq.my下载。
当团体负责人呈交所有资料过后，佛学考试委员会将审核所有的资料及款项，并发出确认电邮。
当您收到确认电邮之后，请跟您的考生说明考试细则。详情将会列明在确认电邮中。

Registration Procedure:
(a) Online Registration
- Forms can be downloaded from (mbes.mbahq.my)
- Information required: 1. Candidates’ details (Excel);2. Payment record (PDF/JPEG);3. Particular form of person in charge withorganisation’s stamp (PDF/JPEG)
- After compiling the candidates’ details, please proceed to website to submit the information according to the instruction, then email(ii) to the Secretariat.
(b) The candidates’ index numbers will be given automatically according to the registration sequence.
(c) Exam center number: For schools and organisations which had hosted the examination previously, please choose the code from the
drop down list. For new centres, please contact the Secretariat in advance to arrange for a new code before registering online.
(d) The Secretariat will issue an acknowledgment via email upon successful registration. (Please take note that the organization email address is compulsory so that the Syndicate can send in the confirmation email.)
Exam fee: The examination entry fee is RM 2.00 per candidate. Additional RM 30.00 organisation registration fee will be charged per exam center in West Malaysia and RM 40.00 per exam center in East Malaysia.
Please attach the entry fee payment with entry forms. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to “Malaysian Buddhist Examination Syndicate”. If the fees are paid by bank transfer, kindly attach the transfer record with the registration form. Please be noted that Wang Pos are no longer accepted.
