General Regulations

• Objective: To advocate orthodox Buddhism, and to introduce the Dhamma and arts in proper settings.
• Program:
  Each level consists of four phases. Each phase has ten classes.
  Certificate will be given after complete each phase program.
• Age: 18 years old or above.
• Programmes:
  1. Calligraphy Class
     To promote Chinese culture and to cultivate temperament.
  2. Chanting Class
     To learn the correct ways of cultivation in Buddhism and to advocate orthodox Buddhism.
  3. Sutta Study Class
     To advocate orthodox Buddhism and to create the opportunities for the public to practice Dhamma in the right circumstance.
  4. Vegetarian Cooking Class
     To promote a healthy vegetarian diet and vegetarianism.
  5. Dhamma Teacher Training Class
     To train Dhamma class teachers in the correct teaching skills.
  6. Flower Arrangement Class
     To learn floral design and to cultivate temperament.
• Time:
  Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 12pm
  Divided into two periods, each period is conducted in one and half hour.
• Venue: Malaysian Buddhist Association (old building)
• Start Date: March 2016
• Registration Date: From today
• Registration Fee: RM10
• Registration: Register at Malaysian Buddhist Institute office (9th floor of Malaysian Buddhist Association building) / phone call / download the registration form from our Facebook fanpage or website.
